I’m Megs Colleen and I help creatives, misfits, and holy outsiders discover their magic, stand in their power and reclaim their life.
Utilizing my 8+ years of experience as a Creative Marketer, My university degree, and my Life Coach training with Beautiful You Coaching Academy, I support creative humAns ready to DISCOVER THEIR MAGIC, stand in their power, and RECLAIM THEIR LIFE.
As the years went on I faced different seasons and lessons which ultimately resulted in reaching out for support. With the guidance of my coaches and mentors I became (and am becoming!) educated in setting boundaries, stepping into personal responsibility, and understanding the mind body connection. I learned how to become my own healer, my own authority, my own business advisor, my own responsibility, my own Reclamation Queen.
Now, as a Life Coach I have the incredible honor of supporting misfits, creatives, and holy outsiders on their journey of reclamation.
From reclaiming your creativity, to crafting healthy boundaries, to owning your confidence in work and discovering your soul's purpose.
I deeply believe in us, in our power as magical misfits, and in the art of Reclamation.
Throughout my childhood, I experienced a lot of confusion and deep inner turmoil. The various traumas I experienced, both as a young person and as a growing adult, caused me to feel broken and like I never quite fit in. In order to feel safe, I became a people pleaser and I taught myself to how to say the "right" things, wear the "modest" things, make the "good" choices, etc. Really I learned how to distrust my intuition, hide my trauma responses, and ultimately become a ghost of the magical human that I truly am.
All bodies are good bodies and deserve equal rights. Queer bodies, disabled bodies, fat bodies, Black bodies, NBIPOC bodies, trans bodies.
Black lives matter. Full stop. I commit to peeling back my own conditioning and learning how to actively become anti-racist. Along with that I commit to equal opportunities within my business and seek to provide empowered spaces within my coaching.
Humans are inherently holy (good) and by choosing to peel back our conditioning we can come back to our core selves, heal our wounds and reclaim the goodness we were put here to experience.
Reclamation is the art of reasserting a right. The art of peeling back what you've been taught and reclaiming your core self. The art of wielding whatever power you have with intentionality and showing up in the world as the person you desire to be. Reclamation is the act of choosing to become your truest, most vibrant self.
✨ I'm a Taurus and Manifesting Generator.
✨ I'm currently taking comedy classes!
✨I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (we proudly call ourselves Yoopers).
✨ I'm an avid fan of Emma Thompson
✨ If you caught me singing in the car I would likely be belting out The Greatest Showman or Dear Evan Hanson.
Outside of coaching I love getting outdoors, having adventures, and spending time with my partner, Alex, and our pup, Patrick. And don't be fooled, I don't just travel to fun places like Venice on the regular, I also have heaps of shows I love to watch, and rewatch...and rewatch again. I'm also a pretty intense person (so if you meet me in person, be ready for a deep convo!) and I love learning and diving deep into all things Human Design, trauma, and how the world can heal.
